For those projects remaining in the same location for an extended period of time, a set of base plates is included to keep the scaffolding grounded and secured. And for those days when you are on the move, casters are included to make the scaffolding a portable rolling unit! Anytime scaffolding is stacked, the use of an outrigger is required.
