Q: What is the difference between the LOW-1P and the LOW-1G trolley?
A: The LOW-x-P (push trolley) is moved by pushing it along the I-beam. The LOW-x-G (geared trolley) is moved by pulling a chain which rotates gears and moves the trolley along the I-beam.
Q: What is the width of just the hoist? I can only find the width of the entire unit.
A: The width of the hoist is 5-3/8".
Q: What are the hand chain and load chain made of?
A: The load chain is alloy steel. The hand chain is carbon steel galvanized.
