180 Degree Pallet Inverters for Pallet Exchange and Load TransferPallet inverters provide an efficient way to rotate palletized loads for pallet exchange, damaged product removal, slip sheet transfer, and distribution handling. Designed for production, warehousing, cold storage, food processing, pharmaceutical, and material handling operations, these 180 degree inverters help reduce manual restacking, limit product damage, and improve pallet changeover productivity. Pallet Exchange and Product RecoveryThe single clamping plate design secures the load during rotation, allowing users to transfer products from wood pallets to plastic pallets, rental pallets, or slip sheets. The inverter can also help remove broken pallets or damaged product without manually handling every case. Control and Jaw Opening OptionsThis family includes pendant control and lever control models, with hand pendant control and NEMA 12 rating standard on applicable units. Jaw opening ranges include 36 inches to 63 inches and 42 inches to 75 inches, allowing facilities to match the inverter to different load heights. Capacity, Guarding, and HandlingEach pallet inverter supports 4,400 lb. uniform capacity and accommodates loads up to approximately 50 inches x 50 inches. Steel hand rail guarding is standard, and built-in fork pockets allow the unit to be transported and loaded by fork truck.
