Zero-Height Lift and Tilt Tables for Ergonomic Pallet Loading Workstations
Zero lift and tilt tables provide an ergonomic material positioning solution for pallets, containers, bins, and work-in-process loads in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and warehouse applications. The low-profile design allows products to be loaded and unloaded with a standard hand pallet truck, eliminating the need for pit mounting and reducing dependence on fork trucks.
Separate Lift and Tilt Control
Lift and tilt functions are controlled independently, allowing operators to raise the load to a proper working height and tilt it to a precise access angle. The platform tilts up to 45 degrees, helping reduce bending, reaching, and strain during repetitive loading, unloading, picking, and assembly tasks.
Capacities, Platform Sizes, and Heights
This family includes 2,000 lb. and 4,000 lb. capacity models with platform sizes from 44 inch x 51-1/2 inch to 52 inch x 71-1/2 inch. Raised level heights include 36 inch and 48 inch configurations, giving facilities options for different pallet sizes, workstation layouts, and operator access needs.
Power Unit and Control Options
A remote power unit with hand-held push button control is standard, and the steel frame includes safety shrouding to cover pinch points. Available options include a foot control, hand control pedestal, radio remote control, and additional hydraulic hose lengths for flexible workstation installation.
